COACHING · CONSULTING · SPEAKING
Coaching for individual pastors, workshops for church teams, consulting for ministry organizations — and speaking for conferences and retreats.
WHAT WE OFFER
Every engagement is rooted in the same convictions behind the book — that time is a gift from God, that pastors are not machines, and that sustainable ministry is possible.

HOW IT WORKS
We keep the process low-friction. If you reach out here's what happens next.
01
You send an inquiry
Use the contact form below. Tell us a bit about your situation, what you're hoping for, and which type of engagement interests you.
02
We schedule a short call
Rush or Joe will reach out to set up a brief 20-minute conversation — no pressure, just a chance to learn more about where you are and whether we're a good fit.
03
We propose a scope
Based on that conversation we'll put together a simple proposal — the type of engagement, number of sessions, and investment required.
04
We get to work
Once you're ready to move forward we set the calendar and begin. Most coaching engagements start within two to three weeks of the initial inquiry.
"We don't come to conferences to impress anyone. We come because these conversations matter — and we want to have them in your room."
